We’re ALL about desserts! And now that it’s summer and we get some time off to go on vacations and what not, we wanted to share some delicious summer dessert ideas that you could make for any party, hangout or just random summer evening! Each of these is unique and different and oh so satisfying. We can’t wait to share them with you and we hope you enjoy and give them a try this summer!
A little something about us… we love any indulgent dessert such as ice cream, cookies, brownies, and chocolate anything. But we also really love refreshing and light desserts that could be a little healthier but also enjoyable.
First up…
Watermelon Pizza
Okay, this is and looks extremely delightful. The base of the pizza is a watermelon, I mean cmon how cute is that?!
This is perfect for that hot 100 degrees summer day! It is so fresh and simple. Quick and easy to make for your summer gathering!
No Bake Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bars
Look at these bad boys! Wow, they look incredible luscious. And what is even more awesome is that you don’t have to bake them! So perfect and require only to be put in the freezer for 4 hours, or overnight. We definitely will be trying these this summer!
Easy Honeydew Sherbet
Honeydew Sherbet… say whaaaaat? Look at how light and cool this looks! The recipe is super simple too and only requires 3 ingredients!!! Perfect for when you are short on time!
Strawberry Mint Limeade Popsicles
Popsicles are a go to, especially for kids!! These are great for a no mess or fuss clean up at your summer hangout, you just grab a popsicle and enjoy!! Yummmmm! 
Peach Blueberry Trifle
I’ve always been a fan or trifles… any kind of trifle! This one made with peaches and blueberries, I love summer fruits especially peaches, I can see this trifle being a hit! Make it make it make it!
No Bake Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches
Now for some more indulgent treats… cookie dough ice cream sandwiches that you don’t even have to bake!! Yes and yes. These are perfect and so easy to grab and go about the rest of the hangout time.
Chocolate Covered Banana Pops
Okay these are definitely a go to for summer and non summer hangs! We’ve actually made our own version of these before with our cousins before at our sleepovers and they are bomb! Choco-bananos is what they are called in Spanish, and they are perfect! If you love bananas and you love chocolate, just make these bad boys! They wont disappoint! You can also add different toppings to them, whatever your heart desires, be creative and make them your own!
