As I shared in my post Why Dairy Free?, I recently decided to cut dairy from my diet to see what health benefits I would experience. So now, I’m searching out all the ways to make dairy-free alternatives. I’m so excited to share them with you as I learn and come up with recipes!
The first thing I had to figure out was how can I make my own dairy-free coffee creamer?! I need creamer in my coffee!! If you have ever tried to buy non-dairy creamer, you soon realized that they are pretty expensive for a small little carton. Especially for someone like me who used to buy half and half by the half gallon for $3, paying $2 for a pint of coffee creamer is too much.
So I decided to look up ways to make my own and experiment a little bit with what I like best. I love cinnamon in my coffees and I like sugar-free. Of course, if you would like something with a sweet taste, you can add your favorite sweetener to this easy non-dairy coffee creamer recipe.

Like I said before, if you’d like to add your favorite sweetener to this recipe, that would be great too! Or I even thought if I wanted to use a sweetened almond milk with some flavor, I could do that if I want some sweetness. Hope you enjoy! Let us know if you try this recipe.
