Our taco of the month for the month of October is a place we’ve been to before. The first time we came to Liberty Taco was when they had just opened their restaurant for business. We, of course, were so curious about how the tacos would taste. Since it has been so long since our last visit we decided to go back and grub on these tacos once again. And let me tell ya, we were not disappointed. Liberty taco has a variety of options for taco meats and combinations of flavors. Their menu is huge and they also have breakfast tacos, quesadillas, a kids menu, vegetarian options and even the option of using a lettuce cup instead of a tortilla for your tacos! Now that’s something you don’t see quite often at any taco spot. So we definitely thought that was special about Liberty Taco.

Tequila Shrimp Taco: tangy, and so delicious, different from your usual chicken or steak taco. It was so good.
Koji Beef Taco: sweet and tender meat, seasoned to perfection, this taco was a hit.
California Chicken Taco: this taco is basically a california chicken club sandwich in a taco version! Crunchy and tasty all in one!
Liberty Chicken Taco: seasoned chicken with cheese and bell peppers, so delicious and hit the spot!
Chicken Tinga Taco: yummy and goes great paired with their orange salsa! Spicy but the perfect amount of kick for your taco!
These tacos were so flavorful, I mean look at those pictures… they were all extremely satisfying and delicious. They have such a huge variety and they also have a famous Texas dish…. chips and queso!
We really enjoyed the chips and queso and the entire meal was delightfully satisfying our taco taste buds. 
This spot is quick and efficient when it comes to service, they also have a very clean restaurant and play some good music that fits in with the atmosphere of the place. Their name “Liberty Taco” is quite unique and on the menu, it states, “freedom to eat!” Now that makes sense to me because well, I love to eat! I enjoy what I eat and take pleasure in my meals being tasty and filling! This meal was just what we needed to end our night!
